The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York headlined the top 10 issuers in the first quarter of 2024 with a nearly $3 billion deal last month.

“As Secretary of State, Robert has been a skilled manager, a sharp tactician and a devoted public servant for the people of New York, and I have the utmost confidence that he will continue to succeed in this new role,” said Gov. Kathy Hochul.

Rodriguez was as a member of the New York State Assembly for 11 years.

He also held several private sector roles, such as a vice president and director at public financial management at A.C. Advisory Inc. and various management and operations roles at Bloomberg LP.

Rodriguez graduated from Yale University, where he received a B.A. in history and political science and from New York University’s Stern Business School where he received an MBA in finance.
